Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Face Masks
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Claims for Faulty Items: If you receive items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receipt. For items lost during shipping, claims must be lodged no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will handle all associated costs.
- Return Shipments: The default return address is our fulfilment facility. Should a returned shipment arrive at this facility, you will be notified via an automated email. Items unclaimed after 14 days will be donated to charity.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided by you, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The cost of reshipment will be your responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of resending the item to yourself.
- Change of Mind: Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
- Non-returnable Items: Our fulfilment facility does not accept returns of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, such as face masks. Any returns containing face masks will be disposed of.
- EU Consumer Notification: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Our fulfilment facility reserves the right to refuse returns based on these stipulations.
Language of the Policy: This policy is governed by and interpreted in English, irrespective of translations made for other purposes.
